2. What we collect

Account details: your name, email address and password when you create an account.

Application information: details you provide when applying for membership, including driving history, eligibility information and supporting documents you upload (such as your driving licence).

Subscription and payment records: your plan, vehicle, invoices and payment confirmations. Payments are collected off-platform (for example by standing order or bank transfer); we do not store card details.

Correspondence: messages and support requests you send us.

3. How we use it

To assess and process your membership application, including eligibility and affordability checks.

To set up, manage and administer your subscription, deliveries, switches and invoices.

To communicate with you about your account, your vehicle and our services.

To meet legal, insurance and regulatory obligations, and to keep records of decisions we make about your account.

4. Lawful bases

We process your data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running and improving the service, and — where required — with your consent.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only where necessary: with insurers and underwriters, service and delivery partners, payment and banking providers, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and insurance requirements. Documents you upload are stored privately and accessible only to you and authorised staff.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and row-level security on member records.

7. Your rights
