1. Who we are

These terms are between you and FASTRENT LTD (company no. 05055093), trading as Fast Rent Club, registered office 254 Coggeshall Road, Marks Tey, Colchester, England, CO6 1HT (“we”, “us”).

Fast Rent Club provides premium vehicles on flexible monthly subscriptions. By applying for membership, creating an account or using this website you agree to these terms.

2. Membership and eligibility

Membership is subject to application and approval. We assess eligibility, driving history and affordability before any subscription is confirmed, and we may decline an application at our discretion.

You must hold a valid driving licence, meet our insurer's requirements and keep your account details accurate and up to date.

3. Your subscription

Each subscription runs month to month with a minimum initial term of three months. Your monthly payment includes the vehicle, comprehensive insurance, servicing, maintenance, road tax and breakdown cover, as described on the membership pages.

Subscriptions include a monthly mileage allowance of 1,500 miles unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional mileage and other charges are invoiced separately.

Pre-built or allocated vehicles are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks of approval. Delivery dates are estimates and will be confirmed with you directly.

4. Payments

Monthly payments are collected by standing order. Deposits, where applicable, may be paid by bank transfer or other methods agreed with our team.

All payments are confirmed by our team before being applied to your account. If a payment fails we will contact you; persistent non-payment may lead to suspension or termination of your subscription and recovery of the vehicle.

5. The vehicle

The vehicle remains our property (or that of our partners) at all times. You must look after it, use it lawfully, and not sublet, sell or pledge it.

You are responsible for fines, penalties and charges incurred while the vehicle is in your care, and for reporting any damage, fault or incident to us promptly.

6. Switching, pausing and ending

After your minimum term you may switch vehicle, subject to availability and any applicable delivery arrangements, or end your subscription by giving notice as set out in your membership agreement.

We may end a subscription immediately for serious breach, including misuse of the vehicle, fraud or non-payment.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in connection with a subscription is limited to the amounts you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. General

These terms, together with your membership agreement, form the whole agreement between us. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to use of the website, and material changes to your subscription will be notified to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
